What if an update breaks checkout?
We roll it back straight away and fix it. That's included in the plan.
Will you change my products or orders?
No. We don't touch products, prices or orders unless you ask. Product edits can come out of your 2 hours of changes each month.
What if I want to cancel?
Tell us at least 5 days before your next payment date and your plan won't renew. There's no contract and no cancellation fee, and we'll hand over your latest backup.
My site is already broken. Which plan do I need?
Start with an emergency fix for $199. If you join a plan afterwards, the $199 comes off your first months.
